Garlic Double Cheeseburger with Thick-Cut Bacon
This one is for real burger connoisseurs. The ingredients and they way they are used are so flavorful and rich that each bite is a meal in itself. Not for the faint-hearted; it was super delicious, but the richness nearly had me out for the count (good thing I’m a burger eating champion, like Rocky, but fatter). Worth a try if you’re jaded about burgers and think there’s nothing out there that can surprise you anymore. Think again!
Meat: Two meaty patties that left a huge puddle of meat juice on my plate. Awesome in the biblical sense!
Filling stars: The garlic. Whole cloves of garlic, not minced or powdered or any of that wussy stuff. It was delicious, and luckily I’m married…
Fries: The Corner’s unique double-fried chunks of potato with a cheese sauce. They are awesome!
