The American Chamber of Commerce in Japan Chubu Chapter invites you to join them on October 26th, at the Westin Nagoya Castle Hotel, for the second Chubu Diversity Summit entitled: “Identifying Problems, Finding Solutions for a More Diverse and Productive Workplace.”
After a successful inaugural summit in 2014, the Aichi Prefectural government joined forces with the Chubu Chapter of the ACCJ to continue the dialogue in creating strategies for change, with a focus on the Chubu area of Japan.
As with the 2015 Tokyo and Kansai Women in Business Summits, the goal is to highlight concrete solutions to diversify the workplace and create more opportunities for women.
Join in the discussions and presentations featuring leaders in business and government to continue working on strategies for real change.

“Feminine Leadership Dimensions in Action ”
This interactive workshop will introduce a coaching tool that explores four innate feminine leadership dimensions. Through exercises and activities, participants will experience the four dimensions and identify the ones that are most often used in their own leadership style.
Participants will do a collective inquiry utilizing their understanding of these. The tool is a useful takeaway that can be used for personal reflection as well as with teams who are looking to raise awareness and understanding about an issue.
