Our guest this week is Ian Roth from local fitness enthusiasts group, The Push Up Brahs. The brahs meet on Saturdays at 11:00 in Tsurumai Park, to teach and practise an ever-growing selection of bodyweight strength exercises. Participation is free. Members work on full-body exercises focussing on mobilising the joints and muscles through their full and natural range of motion, such as push-ups, chin-ups, animal crawls, sprints and so-on. Anyone of any age or gender who’s keen to increase their strength, flexibility, posture etc, is invited to join the group for weekly training. The brahs assess all newcomers’ current ability level and suggest training content accordingly. Take advantage of this great opportunity to learn to improve your mortal coil from positive, upbeat people with extensive experience in physical and martial arts training.
