Outback may be known for their excellent steaks (Ribeye, Angus, New York Strip) and their AWESOME Baby Back BBQ ribs, but I go there for the big juicy flame-grilled burgers. While they have a nice range of models to choose from ranging from a standard burger, a Bacon Cheeseburger and a nice Chicken Melt, they are justifiably proud of their signature sandwich, the “Bloomin’ Onion Burger” which deploys their house specialty into the game.
Nestled between a premium bun which is engineered especially for large mouth burger eating lurks a tasty 180 grams of prime beefy goodness lying on a bed of lettuce and tomato. But what they do next makes this burger a stand out. They top it all off with cheddar cheese and a large portion of bloomin’ onion and some special sauce. This is a big meal folks.
